Re: "Cold War" campaign idea
Sounds like a fun campaign! Mine or Angelman's ;) Look at the write up for the Vera Cruz system in the Imperial Survey, and the Sargasso system in Lost Worlds. Vera Cruz is what you want. The Vuldrok have found that it is a back door to the known worlds, the Kurgans raid through that gate all the t...

"Cold War" campaign idea
Hello all, Years ago I came up with a campaign concept (originally for the Babylon 5 inspired "Babylon Project RPG") where the players where members of a star ship crew which skirted the borders of enemy (in this case Minbari) space listening and watching (and ending up playing cat and mou...

Re: Theurgy and rites
There are some in the old FS editions' "Priests of the Celestial Suns" sourcebook that you could convert over to FSR.

Re: Errata? Communication skill?
There's some "sticky" threads on the Product forum detailing all known errata.

Re: And he brooded from the parapet of his waste treatment p
That said, I like the idea of a VIP NPC living in a high tech building with a bonkers AI managing the place. The building could double as the lord's butler, or something. Oh yes, that's fab. In fact I recall an old Judge Dredd strip where a rich citizen's apartment AI couldn't bear to be parted fro...

New re-releases
I just noticed that Ral Partha Europe have added Hazat, Al-Malik, and Li Halan fleets and League Transports to the Hawkwood and Decados ships available on their web shop

You could also go the opposite direction; since people have probably invented non-fading paints and very resilient/self-healing buildings (drawing carbon straight out of the air for instance) by the TL8 heights of the Second Repulbic, you might end up with a sparking new look to the millennium old ...

Re: And he brooded from the parapet of his waste treatment p
Also I'm a bit stymied on the idea of the vast megalopolis ruins. Cadiz is supposed to just have endless sprawls of housing and industry from the Second Republic that was partially constructed and then abandoned. Now it's occupied by Decados serfs and lesser lords. So what does that look like? I im...
