Re: Dumb Questions
When it says claws x2, is that 2 attacks that only uses one action? So Actions: 2; Bite # (#), Claws x2 # (#) means the creature actually gets 3 attacks, correct? All it means is that the creature literally has 2 claws. For story purposes, it can be attacking with both claws in a raking fashion, bu...

This can interact with different resistances or vulnerabilities, or may interact with other effects. I think the key words here is tha...

Re: Down Sttrike Height
In a recent game, I had a PC Warrior (7' tall obsidiman) who wanted fighting a 6' tall opponent in a room with a 10' high ceiling. He wanted to do a Great Leap upwards and then a Down Strike. To do a Down Strike, it states that: He must be in a stable position at least one yard above his opponent (...

Re: Sticky combat vs Mounted combat
Agreed. The first big issue we ran into when we started mapping ED was the changing facing issue. Two people face to face in a duel. PC: I run around to his Blindside and attack. NPC: I do the same in return. 1 round of that, and it was immediately house ruled. :) That was the exact reason our grou...

Re: Sticky combat vs Mounted combat
It sounds like you have enough house rules that we can't even anticipate what your problems are. Do you have them written up in a google doc?
