Old editions put a hard cap on your talent rank based on circle, but I think third edition did away with that. Actually, this was never the case, but the Fibonacci series in the LP cost table is pretty effective at (generally) keeping talent ranks in line with circle. This is part of the reason why...

One of the other effects of this change is that it will put more emphasis on circle progression. Just a quick suggestion. One of the things that always irked me with 3rd edition was how Durability was a choice talent. To me this should be a default talent that is or isn't discipline to all disciplines. It makes no sense to have players have to choose between it and another talent for 2nd circl...
