My thoughts/recommendations: - If a TALENT exists that overlaps with Half-Magic, then I think it's safe to assume the Half-Magic doesn't cover it. With ED4, Disciplines receive free ranks in Talents were there is clear intent that the Discipline knows something in line with the level of their Circle...
