Re: Merry Lux Splendor
The only other "semi-canonical" reference comes from Bill Bridges himself. He's posted this extract on Facebook and the HDi site in the past: “Even in the darkest voids of space, far from the nearest orb, the Light Invisible shines, especially on this, the day when the Prophet made the uns...

My local bricks & mortar games store still can't get hold of Criticorum Discord!

Re: The Noble percentage
1 noble, Li Halan on the run from her family because she fears they'll find out she's a psychic. Pretends to be a merchants daughter. 1 street urchin reformed by the Avestites and now an inquisitor. 1 brother battle and bastard offspring of a Hazat knight. 1 Scraver/assassin. 1 Charioteer who turne...

Re: Amaltheans & Cybernetics
I think the Sanctuary Aeon policy with cybernetics falls in line with the Privilege of Martyrs. If you are already taking on the burden of sin then replacing your body parts so you can continue your work is just a greater threshold of sin. Peasants however would not be given so much as a hook or pe...

Amaltheans & Cybernetics
I'd assume that the Amaltheans/Sanctuary Aeon can see the benefit of Cybernetics to treat disability or restore facility. However how does that sit with their doctrine of Sentient Energy Fields (SEFs) and the Church's concern over "Soul Death" ?

Re: Appointment of Confessors
IMHO... For your twin confessor scenario to work, there must be some mixup in the bishopric; perhaps a change of boss; with the result that there are now two rivalling appointments. That, or the local eclessiastical jurisdiction is uncertain, contested by two bishops who each assign a confessor to ...

Appointment of Confessors
I vaguely recall reading a passage (might have been in the FSR:PG, might have been in FS2nd Ed PotCS) at the weekend about the appointment of Confessors. (Come to think of it I think it's in the section on sacraments of the Church in the Theurgy chapter of FSR:PG, under Penance) It implies that the ...

Re: The Trials & Tribulations of Dame Arcadia Justinian
I had the following feedback from one of my players that I thought I'd share: "What I wanted to say, about the game in general, is that it feels like we’re doing something really quite different and special. For the last few games, it feels like a lot of the game has been about friendship, loss...
