Re: Combat options

How do your various "Sticky" combat options interact with the various Move-by attacks (Move, Attack, Move)?

Re: Magicians Casting Buffs On Teammates `From Behind'

A popular house rule in the wake of this has been to return the option, but rule that regardless of the result, the effect is based on a single success on the spellcasting test. This issue came up in discussion at tonight's game. I was thinking to use this house rule, but increase the max successes...

Re: [ED4] Astral Sense and Astral Targeting

Re: [Ed4] Called Shot

Do you not consider breaking someone's leg "making a difference"? Do you not consider fouling the archer's shot "making a difference"? Do you not consider knocking the MacGuffin out of the Big Bad Evil Guy's hands "making a difference"? It does make a difference. Just ...

Re: [Ed4] Called Shot

I get all that.

But what's the point of offering an option, if it makes no difference?

Re: [Ed4] Called Shot

This brings up another issue: If you can't use Called Shot to avoid armor, then why would a T'skrang every pay the extra money to armor their tail?
