I can open the file in your dropbox in my Browser (Firefox ESR 24.3.0 / Win 7 64 bit) and also on Foxit Reader . There seem´s no Problem to me. It´s just in Polish I think an not ready filled.

Then, not a bug, but a bit problematic: if i add a thread item and add ranks, then it seems to be impossible to undo that. ...
