I'm talking about from the original release of Revised/3rd Ed a couple of years ago, to the update that was released a few months ago. What changes were made there. Was it mostly typos, or was anything else changed?

What I usually do is create an NPC with a lot less points than a PC. For a combat character, I usually concentrate on skills that help him with that job.
