After seeing the paragraph in the errata document about enchanting patterns, I tried to recreate all of the patterns and compared them to the tables and the sample patterns. Please let me know if I have made any mistakes.
While working on these I created a couple of assumptions to make the patterns work:
1. I fixed the patterns in a way that makes the smallest changes to the published materials.
2. Specific Ingredients without a cost associated are part of the generic Alchemical Cost.
3. Non-Living Crystal Living armor has alchemical ingredients equal to half the market price of the armor. Living Crystal Living Armor has 10 percent of the market cost of the armor as alchemical ingredients and 40% as living crystal.
4. If a larger value of a specific design element is needed for a pattern, it still counts as a single design element.
5. Additional mundane materials can be added that increase the creation cost but do not count as design elements or alchemical materials.
6. Thread Item cost does not include the cost of the item unless specifically mentioned in the recipe.
Here are a list of the patterns that needed fixing:

Re: Companion Enchanting Patterns
As noted in the errata, the patterns are incorrect. However, the summary tables earlier in the chapter are correct unless otherwise noted.
Specifically these assumptions are incorrect:
* Firefly chalk is correct with Ex
* Light quartz medium, small, and weapon are all correct: they require two quartz as they produce two per the pattern.
* Elf bane is correct with 13, it has a special effect (elves only).
* Keesra, 13 is correct due to contact poison (which is worth +2 in this case).
* Shadowmant venom is correct at EDN 15, there is no duration and no special effects.
* Blood pebble has a correct listed cost, the True earth is part of the cost.
* Wyvern skin has a correct listed cost, the wyvern skin is part of the cost.
Correction updated to errata:
* Hemlock should be EDN 12.

Re: Companion Enchanting Patterns
Oops, I meant to say the EDN should be 7 not 8 as listed in the EDC since it has a design element. (base 7 + rank 1 - EX design element = 7). I corrected in original post.
This confuses me from both a rules and in game perspective. Why is it easier to enchant using multiples of the exact same design element? Shouldn't that make the Orichalcum container really easy to make? That has 23 design elements worth of orichalcum in it. If it is because the pattern makes multiples of the same item, it goes against other patterns that create multiple items. Cleaning Brooms should need true earth x5 and true wood x5, Divining Rods should require true water x2, Firefly chalk should require special clay x2, small pots of grumbah should require ice flyer hide x2 and true air x2. Doesn't it just make more sense to say that it takes an unusual amount of quartz and have it count as only a single design aspect?* Light quartz medium, small, and weapon are all correct: they require two quartz as they produce two per the pattern.
* Elf bane is correct with 13, it has a special effect (elves only).
Elfbane is EDN 12 in the EDC. If you add the special effect it would actually be EDN 14 (effect 9 + type(deadly) 2 + onset(1 hour) 0 + interval (6) 1 + duration(permanent) 1 + special effect (elves only) 1 = 14
So all contact poisons counts as a +2 special effect?* Keesra, 13 is correct due to contact poison (which is worth +2 in this case).
So a duration of 'Until Healed' counts as 0 for duration?* Shadowmant venom is correct at EDN 15, there is no duration and no special effects.
That means the EDN for Fireleaf, Night Pollen and Poison Gas should all be one lower than what is listed in the EDC since they all have 'Until Healed' for a duration.
Can you explain this more how this cost works? Looking at the table on p. 140, the cost should be 50% of market value (150) + 10% market value for design aspect (true earth) 30 = 180. With that cost, the EDN matches what is in the EDC 5 + PA 5 + MA 3 - design aspect (true earth) 1 = 12.* Blood pebble has a correct listed cost, the True earth is part of the cost.
I'm confused about this one as well. According to the table on p. 140 the cost should be 50% of market value (1000) + 10% market value for each design aspect (wyvern skin, true water) 200 + 200 = 1400. Once again using those elements the EDN matches what is in the EDC 5 + PA 8 + MA 1 - 2 design aspects (wyvern skin , true water) = 12. Increasing the amount of wyvern skin to 400sp makes the profit margin of this armor shrink even more.* Wyvern skin has a correct listed cost, the wyvern skin is part of the cost.
Correction updated to errata:
* Hemlock should be EDN 12.
