Sek'thi's Journal Entry

Traded glances with fellow roguish person in a bar today, made her acquaintance, Azurea, a Troll Shadow. Also met a fellow dark-scaled T'skrang from Syrtis, A'horangi. Day or so later, Azurea hit me up for an adventure. I was suspicious, but couldn't pass up a chance to see to see some excitement. She brought along a couple more people, Icarus and Ursal.

We met another Shadow (later learned his name was Montag); who instructed us to visit a clearing about a week's travel south of us. I was eager get out and explore the world, so sounds great.

Travel southward was uneventful. Oh, except for the couple Ork Scorchers that trippled and fell on my blades. Nothing noteworthy.

When we got to the clearing, we met up with Montag again, and faced his challenge. Before we knew it, a swarm of angry Cadavermen spewed from a nearby cave. I slew 4 of them with quick strikes, before I fell to a particularly enraged one. I was totally fine, just need a slight nap... during the fight. Whatever, I'd done enough, the others took care of that last one.

Afterward, Montag delivered on a very suspicious promise of a party and festivities. Quite odd, but I wasn't in much condition to fight it, so I just went with it. Regaled them all with some wild tales, which they ate up, hah. Rested up and headed back to Throal, collecting a reward from Montag as well.

Now seems like a good time to train, and prepare for my next adventure. Perhaps augment some of my blades... We'll see.

Troll Azurea needed 4 bodies to accompany her to the Shadow's Call

I brought my axe, we had t'skrang body carrying daggers, another t'skrang carrying no weapons, and a human with a sword. Azurea carried daggers as well, and created more daggers as we fought. I will show them the axe and protect them.

Montag, the carrier of no axes gave us directions to our task.

Ork scorchers attacked us.
2 attacks were unavoided, 1 of my attacks missed, the other landed true and slew an Ork.

We arrived. Montag, still carrying no axe, gave us a battle challenge.
Cadavermen were our opponents.

1 attack was unavoided, 5 attacks cleaved into cadavermen, slaying 2.

I should train avoidance more.

Revelries followed, I taught many of the axe.
