Cadaverman - Attacks or Actions

So when cadaverman is enraged does he gets 4 attacks (1 Standard Action and +3 as Simple Actions), or 4 Standard Actions.

My question is if it can get up from being Knockdown and still attack 3 times.

It gets extra attacks, not actions, but it can us the Jump Up option. 2 strain, Dex (6) test. Uses move action to stand up. If it fails, it can still attack from the ground, 4 attacks at -3. It scrambles madly on the ground, clawing and slavering at your feet.

OR it gets all attacks from the ground and crawls 2 yd per round.
