Number of Simple actions per round

Post by ChrisDDickey » Sat Aug 11, 2018 6:37 am

There is normally no restriction to the number of Simple Actions an adept can perform, but some groups may want to limit the number of Simple Actions available in one combat round
What would be a reasonable number of simple actions that can be done per round if the simple actions all used the same body part?
For example: Battle Shout, Battle Bellow, Intimidating Bellow, Taunt, Encouraging Oratory, Passions Inspiration, and several more are all simple actions that require speech or use of the mouth. Is "no two simple actions that require speech" too restrictive? how about "only two", or "only three"? Is "no restriction" too silly to have one guy shouting, bellowing, taunting and Orating all in 6 seconds?

I mean Battle Shout and Battle Bellow are both Sky Raider Discipline Talents, so the GM of every Journeyman Sky Raider has to decide if they can both be used in the same round. Was it the designers intention that they could? or could not? How about adding a (very) short speech or two as well?
