I disagree, I believe cuddling would have blood elves spikes piercing their partner’s flesh so I could totally see them cuddling.

Based on the images of them from the ED1 Denizens book, they typically don't wear clothing with sleeves.

lol....maybe they do wear them on their sleeves, but having ripped both out keep them locked away in a chest ;p
