Shouldn't Mica have a -4 penalty because of being knocked down and suffering one wound?

"Until he stands up..." thats how sentence starts, meaning spotlight is on -3/-3 Knockdown penalties.

Technically he would have a -4 penalty (-3 from KD, -1 from Wound). But the emphasis for the example is on the Knockdown.

(If I had to write it over, I would probably add a parenthetical about the Wound penalty.)
