Elemental Hold and Spirit Hold are different things, but Banish is the same for Elementals and Ally Spirits. I'm curious, other than legacy, is there a reason for this? It feels a bit disjointed. The Banish system makes more sense to me (penalty if it's not something you can summon) - this is an uncommon enough situation that having two distinct Talents makes less sense (to me) than a unified Talent with a baked-in one sentence simple penalty.
