Is it legal to use Supress Curse on ( just for an example) a chess to cancel the trap on the chess where a magical trap is detected?
If yes, can you do it just for safety, without knowing there is a trap?

Re: Suppress Curse for disarm magic trap?
as I read it: suppress curse suppresses negative magic effects on a target. being trapped is not a negative effect, unless the "trap" is merely caused by a negative effect (for example, if the trap was a coating of magical acid that eats away at both the trapped object and anyone that touches it, or if the trap is weakening a bridge so that it cannot support the weight of a person crossing, you could suppress that).
you could not, for example, use it to disarm a trap that causes a person touching a door to be fearful (although you could use it to suppress the fear-causing effect after the effect is triggered).
if you wish to be able to disarm traps, the talent to disarm traps is your best option.
