Multi-Discipline free spell matrices?

If you're a type of caster (say Nethermancer) and decide to grab another caster discipline (say Wizard), do you get the free matrix talents from the new discipline as well?

Follow up on that question if you do: Can you mix and match spells in the matrices, so the ones you get from wizard can hold Nethermancer spells (of the appropriate Circle of course) or can the matrices only hold spells from their discipline?

Earthdawn 4th Edition Player's Guide, pg 260 wrote: Multi Discipline Magicians

In Earthdawn, magicians may learn other magician Disciplines. A character learning multiple spellcasting Disciplines does not learn the free spell matrix talents available to the other Discipline, as they duplicate an ability they already have (see Learning New Disciplines, p. 455). A magician may learn additional spell matrix talents by using talent option slots, as usual. As with spell matrices from their first Discipline, each spell matrix is its own talent that must be increased separately.
That being said: You may absolutely mix and match spells in the Matrices that you have once you're able to cast spells from multiple disciplines.
