She seeks out the traumatized, the emotionally wounded, the grieving, and offers them a deal: Sign away your pain and I will give you a year of honest work, free from anguish and agony. For this, she is called the Pain Merchant. Those who sign with her find themselves powerfully inclined to renew their contracts. This is the work of Dis. It must be stopped.
Location: The lowland settlements near Throal, especially ones that have suffered tragedy.
