Rumor: Nergae's foster father sold his food counter/living quarters in the slums near the Great Gates of Throal to a forward-thinking wealthy trader, and is looking to build a new lunch counter Outside Throal where he can have ceilings tall enough to stand up in. He just needs a good location with lots of foot traffic.
