Rumor (ECR ??) The Dead Spot

Character: Mazor (Chris D). 3rd circle beastmaster.
Rumor: Reports are coming in of a large area (about one square mile) where nothing grows. Just sterile bare earth. It seems to be growing. What is causing this phenomenon, and how can it be fixed?
Location: Anywhere
Circle: 3 Hard
Reward: Successful completion of this mission counts as a Quest for Jaspree and allows initiation or advancement as a Questor of Jaspree.
Benefit: Heal the land!

Note: Mazor become questor of Jaspree on a different rumor, so this one is free until somebody needs to up their questor tier.
