Rumor: Ursal wants to hit better and is looking for a Desperate Blow charm, the dwarven alchemist Vinnidamous Goronich will assist, but is fresh out of quartz material. Quarts should be plentiful in the mountains above Throal, retrieve some assist him.

Circle: ECL 1M or H, maybe 2M
Reward: half price blood charms, notably Desperate Blow/Spell
Benefit: bring more raw resources to work with(get a bunch of the lowbies going we've had too many ECR 4+ recently)
