Spoiler:
The Wolf-Swift family comes from a long line of proud Air-Sailors, mostly hailing from Travar. Where as Icarus is the descendant of the off shoot that moved and settled down in Throal before the scourge. his father being Zanvan Wolf-Swift a well learned Air sailor but never practiced and mother being Telry a non adept. His mother died giving birth to Icarus and his twin sister Alaya Wolf-Swift, leaving Zanvan to raise the two. Growing up Icarus and Alaya heard stories of the great world outside the mountain, jungles, oceans, and the open sky in which the Wolf-Swift family used to take pride and honor patrolling. The most treasured item to Icarus was the old maps that his father kept in an trunk, pouring over those maps and learning how to chart and plot courses. The young Lad would start a dream of becoming a world renowned map maker, all he waited for was those doors to open one day and he would be ready to run into the unknown, and help map the new world. his father died of old age just one year before the doors of Throal opened, his dying words to his son were to fly in the sky like their family was meant to for him.
In current times Icarus can be found at his home a log cabin outside of Throal, a small and quite place where Icarus can smoke his pipe and watch the clouds pass in his down time. sharing the home with his friend Karl a non adept hunter that watches over the place when Icarus is away. Another place that the up and coming Air Sailor frequents is a tavern in Throal called "The Pale T'Skrang. frequented by over sailors of sea and air alike. Alaya Wolf-swift Sister of Icarus spends most of her time at an administrative job as the assistant to director Brightmore at the Aeronautic club. She is very weary of the world outside of Throal and refuses to leave the Kaer, warning Icarus that if he keeps up these adventures he will wind up dead. He of course appreciates the concern but is otherwise not deterred."

Anointed Rings
Threads Tied 4 of 6
Thread 1: mystic armor +1 (distinct ring material [True Fire])
Thread 2: Mystic armor is now +2 (distinct ring material [True earth])
Thread 3: Effect: The armor gains the Anointed Rings ability and the owner can remove the distinctive rings and anoint them with their blood as a Standard action, taking 1 Blood Magic Damage for each ring anointed. These rings are easy for the owner to remove, requiring a simple tug and the armor shifts to accommodate its removal. Anyone (and only those) wearing an anointed ring benefits from the Anointed Rings ability (this includes the owner, who must be wearing an anointed ring to benefit, though not to use the ability). The anointment lasts until the owner ends it, which they can do at any time, allowing the owner to heal the Blood Magic Damage. Once ended, the ring disappears and reappears in the armor.
As a Simple action for 2 Strain, the armor wearer activates the Anointed Rings ability to give +2 to Mystic Armor until then end of the next round.
(Distinct Ring Material [True water])
Thread 4: Effect: While Anointed Rings is active, the armor wearer can spend a Karma Point on a different character’s Action test. This can be used once per round. (Distinct Ring Material [True wood])

Laughter In the Face of Danger
Threads Tied 5 of 6
Thread 1: The wielder gains +1 to Attack tests with the sword.
Thread 2: The wielder gains +1 rank to Heartening Laugh.
Thread 3: The wielder gains the Laughter in the Face of Danger ability. As a Simple action for 2 Strain, the sword begins laughing when it is swung, sometimes adding sound effects to attacks and blocks for emphasis until the end of the next round. The next time the wielder uses Heartening Laugh, everyone benefiting from it also gains a +1 bonus to Attack and Spellcasting tests for the duration of Heartening Laugh.
Thread 4: The wielder gains +1 rank to Avoid Blow.
Thread 5: Effect: When the wielder uses Laughter in the Face of Danger, the ringing from their bell hilt becomes increasingly jarring to attackers. The owner can use the following special maneuver while Laughter in the Face of Danger is active:
Laughs in the Face of Danger (Wielder, Avoid Blow): The wielder can spend an additional success on an Avoid Blow test where the attack was blocked with the sword’s bell hilt to give the attacker a -2 penalty to Attack tests until the end of the next round.
Thread 6:
Birb
Thread 1 (+1 social defense)
Thread 2 (+1 mystical defense)
Thread 3 Effect: The bird can learn one spoken language the owner does not know after being exposed to the language for an hour. It automatically speaks all languages the owner knows.
It acts as a translator between the owner and whoever they are talking to, but speaks to the owner in a sing-song voice of a Namegiver imitating what a bird probably sounds like if it could talk, complete with whistles and idioms, regardless of how appropriate they are. The bird also uses a bizarre sentence structure that places the verb and subject before the object, even if this isn’t how anyone speaks. It’s beak moves while speaking, but not quite in time with what it’s saying.
