There are troubling reports from all around the countryside about cultists of Raggok gathering followers, and increasingly more sightings of undead. A diplomatic mission to Grakor has yielded troublesome results. After weeks of diplomatic and bureaucratic work, Throal mobilizes a sizeable force to investigate for creation of undead lifeforms and collaboration with Horrors, and ideally solve any presenting problems.
