Brief Backstory: About a year before the opening of the Gates of Throal when I was 6 and playing in the streets of Dahnat I came across a feud between Rogan my Uncle and one giant Troll. As any young Ork child I was extremely excited to see the upcoming fight, but as I would learn later in life all battles are not as glorious as the songs would suggest.
Rogan used tricks, challenging the Troll to single combat when he had his cousins hidden for an ambush. At the beginning I watched in excitement even as the massive Troll began to gain the advantage. The tide turned when one of his cousins Rurick snuck up beside him and slammed his massive maul into the back of the Troll. Rurick's blow sent chips of his living crystal armor flying near me and the Troll to the ground.
Astonishingly the Troll got up and his wounds started hissing, bubbling and cauterizing. Within a split second I see another Ork about to ambush him from behind and I instinctively yell out "BEHIND YOU". The Troll turns and cleaves the Ork in two. I then hear a thunderous shout from the Troll as I go unconscious with the side of my Uncle's blade smashing against my head.
When I awoke clutching a piece of living crystal I was at the home of the Troll. He explains that he will teach me honor now and from then on I would be a Skycleaver.
