Lost PDFs In just bought

Hi, I had just bought some earthdawn 4th edition PDFs from you guys, I only got to download one of them before the website reloaded on me while I was checking the first one, now I'm unable to download the second one.

This may not be store specific - I've been noticing some weird reloading and failures on post processing on the forums as well. Granted, your situation is a bit more dire than some lost words.
