That's enough interest for me to post another! I'm good with low bars. I found I needed to add Disabled, Destroyed, and Critical Threshold derived from a base Toughness Value. Universal is good.
Freyja’s Chariot
This clockwork device was built by a particularly curmudgeonly and scholarly Brassman named Dr. Katz. She designed it so that she could read while traveling between various lecture halls and lunch spots in London. It resembles a Clarence carriage, minus the horses and minus the wheels. Instead, sturdy brass and rubber legs help it stomp reliably and steadily through the streets. It also incorporates several She can program it for 4 routes or drive it manually. It doesn’t make much allowances for pedestrians, but knows the schedule of the various trains and omnibuses and has sensors adequate to the task of avoiding stepping in front of one if there is an error. After one unfortunate incident that left the Chariot stripped of several valuable brass fittings, she added an anti-theft system that discharges a blast of steam if anyone loosens certain strategic bolts or tries to drive it off without entering an 8 digit hex numerical code. The detailing features feline motifs, because despite her ferocity, Dr. Katz is also notoriously cheesy.
