I sent an email in ref to order 5764 and 5781 but have not yet received a response. Can anyone help me ?

They arrived Monday. OMG! Totally worth the wait! Wow! Wow! Wow! Thanks guys! (and I know now how the ordering process works, so I won't panic next time! lol)

Thanks for letting us know! We take any problems with our ordering and shipping very seriously, and we'd rather you bugged us about it than let it slide in the hopes it might arrive!

Could I receive a status update on order 7878 which was placed on November 5th, 2019? I sent a contact us message with no response.
