I sent an email in ref to order 5764 and 5781 but have not yet received a response. Can anyone help me ?

They arrived Monday. OMG! Totally worth the wait! Wow! Wow! Wow! Thanks guys! (and I know now how the ordering process works, so I won't panic next time! lol)

Could I receive a status update on order 7878 which was placed on November 5th, 2019? I sent a contact us message with no response.
