Re: Air Sailing VS Sailing
I’d be interested to know who has ever actually had a game situation where having ranks in sailing contributed to a role playing story.

Re: AAR: Wicked Witch of the North
Durgin Trotter, Documentarian The Throalic mountains are truly beautiful, and rich in natural resources, such as copper, stone, and pre-Scourge monster-bug eggs. Apparently, Nethermancers trade basic interpersonal skills for great power. And they define great power as having a personal relationship ...

Re: Relative age by race
I think, and I haven't said this in, forever, we can look back to Tolkien on this. Think about how Frodo was thought of among the hobbits before he turned 33. There is a reference in the (I think the Cara Fahd book) to an ork tribe that sends its youth at age 10 (if memory serves) to another cohort ...

Re: Renegade Legion line
I think they have some other war-games in the lineup too, right? There's a war-game component to 1879, I know. I'm more of an act-tor and less of a general, so I don't do the war-games except an excuse to beer with buddies.

This is an interesting question! I will have to think about how I would handle that.

The Stars & Garters
Well, 74 people looked at the last one I posted, and there were no comments, so I shall assume it was perfect. Nice! This one is way more open-ended. It's a real adventure for an Initiate/Novice crew of any social level. It is based on "It's Still Burning", an adventure hook from the London book. I ...

Re: Professions are not straightjackets
Here's the other one I was thinking. Also happens to be a troll, no relation! I love the idea of proper Victorian London being peppered with these incongruous giants. Franco in the write up is a snark Dodger, PL 2, who has maxed out his unarmed combat abilities and leads the cohort with an iron fist...

Re: Cutting head with single strike
Lys has the right of it. If it happens mechanically, narrate it however you like. If you've seen Critical Role, it's the "How do you want to do this?"

Re: Regarding Astral imprints
I would rule that if a physical character can see astral, the physical character could move in the way of the astral, but not be able to grab or grapple the astral form. It would be like a rock trying to impede the motion of a stream. And the edges of astral forms are fuzzy. There is the Pattern, th...
