MD of mundane objects is 2. But to cast any spell you need at least 6 which is MD of Astral Space.

If member of a Group misses his chance to re-new his oath, will he lose all his threads, and after re-joining he needs to spend Legend Points again, or threads will be inactive, but after re-joining will work normally?

No. The same goes for talents and other powers unless stated otherwise. Only biggest works.
Need to be different sources = different Name for spell, talent, power to add up bonuses / penalties.

Its not assumption its a fact, devs clearly stated it.So your assumption that LOS is required for every spell except Mystic Shock is wrong.

Anyone can interpret as he wants. But as intended and clearly stated by devs spells works like this: 1. Need Line of Sight (or touch). Only Mystic Shock is an exception. 2.
