Re: Brainstorming a campaign concept
Reading the book on Thera will definitely be a must then. As for what you said about the books on the Far East, the 3rd Edition Cathay books are not considered canon by FASA. As far as I know, FASA has never said that the Cathay books were not canon, just that there were no plans to revisit that ar...

Re: Translation of German books?
My question is from this article is that some of the original novels are being released in German as well. We we ever see them here. Especially the one Earthdawn book that was part of the Shadowrun trilogy that never made it to print in the US but made it to print in Germany? I believe they are ann...

Re: Translation of German books?
Some news from Ulisses Spiele regarding the German line... The new trilogy of novels by Carolina Möbis is scheduled for release in 2019, published by Feder & Schwert. If I read the announcement correctly, they will also re-release the existing Earthdawn novels in German as eBooks. The German editio...

Just so you know, I'm getting an "Expired Certificate" message when trying to connect to the store. I can bypass it but I think some sort of update might be in order

Re: Kickstarter - past and Future
Yeah I am, if it's not too much trouble, can I ask what the item is called? I believe that by "item" Lursi was referring to the fan-made book itself, not an item described within the book. In any case, I did a quick check and couldn't find any reference to Vasgothia inside. Unless it's called diffe...

Re: Pre-Scourge Map
I'd advise giving them only a map of the immediate environs of the kaer, rather than of the whole province. And even then, make it vague and unreliable, as if generations of scribes had duplicated it while slowly forgetting what the original referred to. It's possible only the great libraries and la...

Re: Spell recommendations Nethermancer 4th circle
In the French editions of Earthdawn, we also have the additional problem that Nethermancer was translated into "Nécromancien" (Necromancer), which always carries an evil connotation in fantasy games. A litteral translation of Nethermancer into French would be like "Néanmancien", which doesn't sound ...
