I found it myself
Shield Bash does damage AND enforces a knockdown test. Attack to Knockdown sacrifices damage.

Hi Folks,
I read the shield bash description and understood it the way that the shield bash test replaces the damage test for knockdown purposes.
Where is the advantage over an attack to knockdown combat option?
I must have gotten something wrong or missed out on a detail.

I would propose to be able to increase the shattering threshold. That IS related to stability and not as game breaking as another +Rank on physical defense. A friend of mine proposed to be able to reduce armor penalties as Weaponsmith. I like the idea of making an armor lighter instead of tougher. H...

Am I the only person who used Throne of Air for the dogde abilty? It was an extremely powerful spell. And I guess it was cut because of exactly this reason. Each other casters also lost their spells to dogde with spellcasting. :cry: No, I can assure you this spell has frustrated more than one sword...
