I didn't explain myself clearly enough

My issue is that the Stun rules do not allow a character to stun a target with one successful attack (it'll be very rare even with exploding dice)

I still can't see the difference

Are you saying a player can fall through a bridge but another player will hurt his foot if he kicked the same bridge?

I know humans can (Versatility), but can non-humans learn other magical disciplines? For example, can an elf Nethermancer also learn the Illusionist discipline?
