Multiple Magic Disciplines

I know humans can (Versatility), but can non-humans learn other magical disciplines? For example, can an elf Nethermancer also learn the Illusionist discipline?

A player has a warrior character and the warrior uses a particular two-handed sword all the time . They are really attached to that sword. I might have missed it but, are there rules for when that warrior's sword transforms from mundane to magical? I don't mean deliberate enchanting or crafting, but...

Yesterday I was in my FLGS and had ED4 Players' Guide in my hands. It was £27 or somewhere around that figure. I almost bought it, but in the end I put it back on the shelf. Reason being, the errata. All games have it, I know, but far as I know, the hardcopy hasn't been updated with it, the pdf hasn...

Not that I can recall at this point? I remember at one point going through the list of talents each Discipline had available, and what Attributes they were based on. That might have played a role. If they converse with otherworldly entities I assumed they would have. That's 'if' they actually conve...

Any reason the Elementalist (page 96) doesn't have Charisma listed (along with Perception and Willpower) as a favoured attribute whilst the other three spellcasters do?
