Re: 1879: The Expendables

Journal of Lord Bentley Bootle.  I have been keeping myself very busy. I have been spending a lot of time at Uncle Berties. I learned a great deal during my South American safari, and he has been helping me put it into perspective and learning new skills.  Mother is very keen on my attending the upc...

Re: More than one Talent Option each circle?

Without an option such as this, players have to make hard choices. Some would say that the hard choice, all by itself, is a good thing. You can't have it all. Players that do want it all, have to multi-discipline their characters, which is expensive and slows development more than they might wish. T...

Re: Big Trouble in Little Soho [Spoilers]

We left Carnavon guarding our businessmen prisoners while McGraph and I snuck downstairs looking for their analytical engine. We found a large lofted room with a gallery. From the gallery level we did not see the thugs nor their lantern. It seems they were just checking out the back room, since they...

Re: LFG: [1st] Marking the beginnings (220-01-04@20:00 GMT)

Notes: As mentioned in the top post, one purpose of this game is to test to see if people prefer the "Earthdawn by FASA" roll20 character sheet to the sheet we used previously. Going forward we might use the new sheets, or return to the old depending upon feedback. We will not be messing up the exis...

Re: Disease

My first initial comment is that nothing usually ever effects anybody to the level of attribute points. It is usually always attribute steps, not attribute points. Steps are, of course, 3 times more powerful than points, but, usually those are what is effected.

Re: Reviving the Earthdawn Westmarches campaign

I reposted the above just so that I could post this underneath it It has been 370 years since the Kingdom of Throal shut it's gates near the beginning of the Scourge. It has been 11 long years since Throal sent it's first expedition out those gates. That expedition died to a man. It has been 8 years...
