Re: Weak Horrors
I was knocking around an idea that involved a horror that was fond of consuming the pain and terror of obsidimen trapped in life rocks during the scourge. With the scourge over,it’s had a great deal of trouble in finding life rocks that are vulnerable and it has been longing for that opportunity aga...

Re: Charging Attacks and Charge Talent
That's how I handle it. I think the key thing to remember is that, in order to use a charge, the mount must move more than it's movement rate towards the target, which is another way of saying it takes 2 rounds to initiate a charge (unless there are other talents or magical effects, such as Wheeling...

Until that happens the easy way is to introduce tactical choices based on the location the PCs are fighti...

Stacking Karma Dice
The disciplines allow for special karma uses at certain circles and it occurred to me that some of these karma bonuses aren't as useful as the initially seem. For example, The Weaponsmith gains Craftsman as a free talent at Circle One. They also get a karma bonus at first circle that allows them to ...

Scratch has had me laughing a number of times with his well crafted songs and I had a good chuckle when the GM said to Scratch...

Yeah, me too! Saved me a lot of time coming up with my own. The only thing I probably will add is 2 or 3 more levels between merchant and wealthy.

Ship and Mass Combat
Back in 2017, Telarus posted a message to the RPGsite saying that ship to ship and mass combat rules were submitted to be part of the forthcoming Earthdawn companion. He received permission to post a limited preview of the rules that looked quite promising. Now that the Companion is out, I don't see...
