I think "Disperse Element" is simplest, The examples tell exactly what happens if you disperse a bonfire, and says you can disperse water for firefighting. I assume dispersing water is also a way you could water your crops or lawn. I can imagine what dispersing Earth would do, though I can't think ...

The errata will have to do. Changing the tagging as significantly as has been requested would require a mechanics redesign, including rebalancing the advancement mechanics. That will have to wait for Second Edition, assuming there ever is one.

Tags don't normalize the way APs do. They're entirely dependent on player action. While you could estimate an average AP award for the PR of the characters, and provide appropriate opposition to generate those APs, a GM can create opportunity for players to use character Skills but can't direct them...

I'm seeing books and bundles and stuff. You have to drill into the specific category, like Print or Bundle, to see the products in that category. We're working on an upgrade to ZenCart. The Bolt spell does not say if is Physical Armor, Mystic Armor, or No Armor. Which? Or does it depend upon the KaV?
