Just checking that this was resolved. I don't handle the store, but I can poke the relevant people if it hasn't been taken care of.
(Sorry for the delay here, I don't visit the forums much these days.)

Re: Group Pattern Specifics
"Totally" is a bit much. The biggest change is being tied to Circle instead of being an independent talent that can be raised. It still adds to Death and Unconsciousness ratings, and the way threads work to boost it is still the same. It acts like Free Talents, where there's an effective "Rank = Cir...

Re: Kickstarter for Vasgothia Sourcebook
Thanks for posting.
I would be *very* surprised if there were any regulars to this forum who weren't aware of it (or even semi-regulars), but it's worth putting up anyway.

I have always pronounced it as "lee-AZH" -- emphasis on the second syllable, using an ending pronunciation similar to French words like "decoupage".

Re: Haven Map in Boxed sets
The large map included in the Parlainth boxed set was a replica of the "Map Wall" in Haven. Very mood-setting, but worthless as an actual map. The map images linked in this thread are included in the PDF, though not as separate images from the PDF itself. The old books are just scans of the original...

Re: Training Pledge/Ghost Master in 4th ed
As mentioned, Training Pledges and Ghost Masters work basically the same way in ED4. The write-ups are in the Companion, since they tend to be associated more closely with higher-Circle play.

Re: How much did losing the Shadowrun connection affect the meta of the game ?
Your summary of ED4 "canonicity" is a little simplistic, but that's to be expected for a tangled and complex topic. It's fairer to say that unless something comes out in 4th that directly contradicts something from a previous edition, the previous material is in a Schrodinger's Cat state of "might o...

Re: How much did losing the Shadowrun connection affect the meta of the game ?
Welcome to the forum! The "deep lore" is certainly something that sucks players in, and I am a big fan of it. The Horrors are still there. They're a notable feature of the "Legends of Barsaive" adventure series. Thera is still a presence, they've just been militarily pushed out of Barsaive (for the ...

I have a question.
Are you an actual person, or an exceptionally clever bot?
Because the post is pretty close to legit... but the link in your signature is sketchy.

Re: Windling and Earth Staff
Belenus is correct.
I favor a descriptive approach rather than a prescriptive one, especially when it comes to fluff or flavor text. Feel free to adjust/adapt/reskin to suit your needs.
