Windling Weapon resizing
It states in the players guide that a weapon built for another race could be modified for a windling for a 25% fee. This is so it feels right to the windling, but does not change the game statistics. So, does this mean that say a windling wants to wield a hand axe (two handed because of the size 2) ...
