Re: Lightbearers as a Path

Armor of Light needs a duration. Done Astral Shift seems superior to Netherwalk in that it allows others to be shifted, but should probably have some of the same "take damage as long as in astral space" problems as well, otherwise it would be too superior. Didn't tought of that Talent. And now that...

Lightbearers as a Path

Hey everyone! I mentionned it in another thread, my players recently enrolled themeselve in the Lightbearer's secret society. At first, I just wanted some sort of guild or faction that would tie the players in a large scale Group Ritual. And then, something reminded me that the Lightbearers were a t...

As well, consider a sponsor willing to provide a house for them in exchange for services. Then, when they inevitably have to investigate the murder of their benefactor, they ultimately find the property to have been bequeathed to them.
It's a good play, but my player wants to rush things up.

Re: Housing in Travar

....why do they have that many children with them? They have been rescued from a kear infested by giant spiders. The players had more then one options to find them good shelter with people to take good care of them. But instead, they insisted on adopting all of them with the help of the mother and ...

Housing in Travar

I need help. My players want a house of their own in Travar and I have no idea how much I shoud charge for it and for the taxes thereafter. And they are not modest about it. They need something to hold seven adults and fifteen dwarven children. Their first plan is to buy a land and build the house t...

Fire canons and Missile Weapons

Not sure what edition it come from, but I was under the impression that the skill/talent to use for shooting a fire canon (or any other siege weapon) was Missile Weapon. Since the rules for ship combat has not been upgraded to fourth edition, I have to assume it's from another. My point is (it was b...

Personally, I rule that if you wear a chainmail, you swim like a brick. No roll needed.

Spader, that is an intriguing take. Keep us posted on how it plays.
I will but it'll take a while. My PCs are barely 2nd circle so it's still not cost effective for them to start threading on the Group Pattern.
