3) i meant u get +2 damage per extra success with physical attacks. I guess its not true for magical ones, although it says on page 378 "Exceptionally well-placed attacks, lucky shots, or attacks that sufficiently focus a character’s magic—these can all result in more effective
attacks." But "more effective" in the case of spells only means the things in the used spells description.

Yes and each point for a journeyman-level skill counts the same amount as for novice-level skills.
No problem here as well, you just need to consider, that learning journey-level skills is more expensive than novice-level skills.
I don't really understand this question. In fourth edition you can't ignore / penetrate the armor with a high enough attack like you could in older editions. Neither with physical nor with magical attacks.

3) do extra successes from spellcasting a damaging spell lower armor (penetrate like physical attacks)? if yes then the "extra success" effects of spells r in addition? (my guess here is that spells doesnt penetrate, at least, not by deafault, right?)
